Some online comic book shops listed Charmed Vol 2 with Issue #2 Seidman cover a couple of months back but now that the summary has been revealed, the online comic book shops that have the summary list Vol 2 with the photo cover of Issue 9.

well before vol 1 was out all the online comic shops listed it with issue 1 cover. Then as we saw they used this cover but altered it colouring it purple . Maybe they will do the same on this one too. Although i hope they use issue 9 or 10 cover

its funny though because i saw someone wrote a trivia about vol 1 cover being purple like the DVD of charmed season 1 was purple and now this issue 2 cover that seems it will be used in vol 2 is orange, and the DVD for charmed season 2 is actually orange.

@charmedcomicfan Is Morality Bites Back really part of volume 2 or no? it is a one shot not related to the story arc so it is independent is it not? Each volume has 5 issues each, issue 13 is part of volume 2 so that would make 6 if MBB is included, I don't think it is considered part of volume 1 or 2, it is like I said, independent.

MBB may not be part of any arc, but it is still part of the story. If it's not included in a volume, some readers that only buy the volumes would never know that Phoebe has finally revealed her secret to Elise if that is ever brought back in another arc.
Besides, Rufitis confirmed that an arc isn't necessarily 5-issues long. This second arc is actually 6-issues long: including Issues 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12. So the volume will include SEVEN issues, and maybe even a bonus story. And that's not unheard-of. The volume of Whedon's Buffy spin-off collectd all EIGHT issues of "Fray" -

But she also took Kyles powers? That's not very nice :) and I was thinking.. When Whitelighters die, can't they just be brought back? or is Kyle properly dead now?

@Mark1234 Look at what she did with the Source though - she summoned him knowing he would be vanquished by the sisters. So that's a huge hit to Evil. Then she had the Rennek attack the Elders - a hit to Good. It seems she may be acting as a neutral party trying to make a claim on all magic, good and evil. Her further vendetta could be to neutralize magic.

@Mr. Jay - I think it's kind of interesting that they colored Volume #1 to match the Season #1 DVD set, whether on purpose or not. And I would like to see that continue (though not sure how you would do that with season seven, but that is a long ways away). And I think it is cool that they are starting the volume descriptions with the lines of that spell. Not really sure the later lines of it would work so well for that, but I guess we'll see if they continue it.

@StoryGirl83 - While I like the idea, I'm kinda against it. The colors for the DVD box sets, at least for the Region 1 releases, were a bit plain. I'd like them to change it up a bit and use a full range of colors as well as present original artwork for the trade cover. Or at least use a cover from the respective arc the volume is collecting and tint it like they did for Vol 1. Either way I'll probably be happy with whatever they do. -

@Terry - That is a good question. And since I don't quite have it yet either (store isn't open yet), I'll comment. Not that I have any good guesses. Maybe the elder needed to meet with someone, but couldn't wait until that person was home. It's kind of bizarre, I admit, but we know various elders did visit the Halliwells, so maybe one of them came down for some reason, a warning maybe?

i think that the problem come with the persons who decided to wait for volumes to come out.personally i bought all the issues and the volume, i think it's better.I understand peoples who are doing that but in my opinion this make Charmed comics in danger...

Got the issue today. Not sure what to make of it. I mean it was okay but it felt very much like last issue in that it had stand alone elements which weren't that exciting and not enough of the COs vs. Neena plot. And I didn't love that artwork as much as I was hoping to. The girls were quite drawn manly especially Phoebe.

Volume #1 did well against other trades (both paperback and hardcover), but issue #6 blew it out of the water, selling over six times as many copies. And it sold the second most copies for any Zenescope title that month, so I'd say that while 57th place sounds better than 210th place, the two different list have very different stats and the issue certainly sold a lot better. However, I think that it didn't do as well as the issue before it.

Well see if the charmed comics were available in a shop in my area id ive no problem buying each individual issue but unfortunetly they dont. I have to order them over the internet which cost like 8 euro each instead of 1.90. So if i buy each individual one it will cost me 56 euro but if i buy the complete volume it will only cost me like 10 or 11 euro

I must say I quite agree with the reviewer on there right down to, the biggest issue I have with "Morality Bites Back" is that it's a Prue story that no longer includes Prue (though at least she was mentioned) and the fact that issue #7 has been my least favorite issue so far (and I realize that people disagree with me on that). I think perhaps I liked issue #7 more than the reviewer, but I thought it was only a good issue and that is most likely because of my opinions on two things, both of which could potentially be fixed in later issues, since neither item is set in stone. I did seriously love issue #6 even if I am still kind of scratching my head about Elise being the friend and I am very much looking foward to Wednesday so I can get my hands on issue #8 and find out what happens. Like issue #3 and #6, issue #8 has been one I have been looking forward to since I first heard about it. They didn't disappoint, so I can't wait to see how this turns out.
